| This is an essential book for any who want to engage in serious Bible study. This book is easy to use and enables non Greek readers to access and enjoy the riches of the words in which the New Testament was initially written. As good a translation as the King James Authorised Bible undoubtedly is, sometimes the distinct significance of similar Greek words can be lost in the process of translation. Not only does this volume reveal those distinctions but also frequently includes a brief comment on the words as used in particular verses. |

| Although these are quite technical books I have included them as they give to the reader of the Old Testament what the former volume gives to the New Testament. There is an index to the two volumes in which the Hebrew words are ‘keyed’ to the numbers in ‘Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance to the Bible’; alternatively users of the On-Line Bible will find that there is direct link to the numbering included in the link to Strong’s Concordance. Although this might sound complicated these volumes are in fact easy to use. |

| This book is sub-titled ‘Things most surely believed amongst us’ and as it suggests this develops teaching on a great variety of fundamental truths covering doctrine concerning the Scriptures, God, Christ, the Holy Spirit, the fall, the believer’s blessedness and last things. The value of this book as with the preceding two is the way in which the reader is given a comprehensive over-view of each subject. |

| This is but one of several biography’s about the life of this remarkable servant of God. Any reliable biography of Muller would equally be suitable. I have included this as a very practical demonstration of what God can do with a man who totally yields his life to Him. This particular book is now in the public domain and is available on free-download from the internet though many readers might prefer a more recently written biography of Muller’s life. |

| Originally published in three volumes this book is now available in a single volume. The writer deals with background details of each book of the New Testament, e.g. the writer, the place and date of writing and the circumstances behind and purpose of each book. He also gives for each book a helpful division of its chapters and contents. |

| Things to Come by J. Dwight Pentecost |
| The study of prophecy is often neglected because of the tremendous variety of views that are held regarding future events. Many are deterred from such a study thinking that with such a variety of interpretations it is impossible to come to any firm conclusion regarding coming events. This book endeavours ton give an insight into some of the different views their merits and de-merits and in the examination of them to come to definite conclusions. While one would not necessarily agree with every conclusion nevertheless this book is a helpful and popular introduction to the subject. |

| This is a devotional study on the life of Joseph. This is a delightful book, easy to read, developing truth concerning Joseph as a type of Christ. The chapters are short, the writer putting into print messages that he initially gave in a Gospel Campaign held in Ballymena, Northern Ireland. This book is Christ-exalting and also includes some choice outlines for further Bible study. |
